Okay, now that I’m completely addicted to the gym, I’ll start keeping track of exercises and see how my progress for becoming super fit comes along.
10 minutes stair climber, fat burner setting, 30 flights climbed at level 7
20 minutes of cycling, levels 4-8
10 minutes torso cycle, high resistance
15 minutes on the crosstrain, high incline, level 4
30 lunges
30 crunches
20 crunch twists
3 x 30 reps with 5lb weights
100 calf raises
I’ve been doing a similar exercise routine every day for a full week and radically changed my diet to be mostly healthy, colorful and protein packed foods. I’ve already lost 4 pounds!
I just found links to P90x, Insanity, Zumba, etc that can be streamed. Can’t wait to start doing a video a day in addition to the gym!
This week I’m kicking it into high gear to ABUSE, CONFUSE & LOSE.
